Her luxurious appointments are for discerning shark diving clients who require privacy, understand and demand professional crews and service, and enjoy exclusive adventures with an edge. This is your own private yacht and the schedule is yours to discover, do as much or as little as you want...when you want. The M/Y Kayana accommodates up to ten guests in five luxurious double staterooms, including the beautiful full beam master stateroom located midship. Each stateroom is comfortably furnished and equipped with its own entertainment system complete with satellite television. Our friendly crews are always ready to point out features to you or spot the next Great White shark.

Your primary expedition objectives are to experience incredibly close Great White shark encounters. Our expedition shark diving cages were designed following our commitment to “bigger cages-better white shark interactions” and hold 3 divers each. Great Whites at Isla Guadalupe are commonplace to most of the long range sport fishing boats that ply these waters. With your flexible shark diving itinerary there’s plenty of time to get close and personal with the world's most feared undersea predator.

Our shark crews will have your dive cage set up and ready to go first thing in the morning. In fact, a pre-breakfast shark encounter is something you have to experience at least once in your life, followed by fresh fruits, Lobster Benedict, squeezed juices, and coffee. Shark diving continues all day long until you decide what you would like to do next. With access to every corner of Isla Guadalupe, from Elephant and Guadalupe Fur seal beaches to the Pacific side of the island, your adventure possibilities are endless.

The M/Y Kayana was designed by one of Europe's most famous yacht designers, Jon Bannenberg, and constructed to Lloyds' highest specifications at the time, by Vosper ThornyCraft, one of England's most respected ship builders. She was built strong enough to cross the Atlantic on her own hull. This makes her an ideal luxury expedition yachting vessel, capable of going from our home port in San Diego, California to the famed Isla Guadalupe shark site. You may choose to join us for this twenty hour crossing or take advantage of our island flight access and 4 hour private flights from San Diego to the island to rendezvous with the Kayana at your leisure.
